In addition, we have integrated it with our Sharepoint so that we can retain a digital repository of all our applicants. During our onboarding journey we believed that the platform was capable of making new templates and documents through our interactions with the sales team via a native builder, but that was not the case hence the lower score.

> **Minpunten**: One thing that can be a con of docusign is it so easy often times ive had clients sign everything within a few minutes because they did not actually read though everything but that is more of a user error then a programming issue.

> Overall I have had a great user experience with docusign and it is my go to for sending documents that I would like signed especially when multiple parties need to sign it.
