> **Minpunten**: While the tool itself is fantastic and serves our needs, support needs to step its game up. Cases aren't responded to in a timely manner, and the solutions provided tend to be rather Lackluster, to a point where we generally find the solution ourselves before support does.

> **Minpunten**: The switch from Conga Merge to Conga Global Merge was horrid and not executed well.  We are unable to track documents in Salesforce the way we could before.  The solution to use Conga Batch never worked after over a month of Conga Tech Support trying.

> Very mixed.  In some aspects, it works amazing to pull in data from across varying Salesforce Objects.On the other hand, for day to day print jobs, we found other products that are just much simpler.

> **Pluspunten**: The best thing is probably the flexibility that Ms Office merge templates provide with the help of conga. Also lots of support materials available to help admins customize the solution
