The support is excellent when you have questions or issues, call and you are on hold for just a few minutes and they are really good at providing quality support. The chat feature is easy to use and easy to find. The website data entry and management of employee profiles is easy to navigate. I added features such as 401k mgt and a company SOP handbook. The handbook is a valuable tool as ADP keeps it updated (and accessible on-line to employees) plus we get to update it with our own internal policies as well. Been very happy with our relationship with ADP and recommend. To us at least, they may not be the cheapest, but they are reasonable with top notch products, interface and support. They also allow us to run payroll by 2pm for next day direct deposit\! This is a huge advantage over their competitors.
