Their pre-built templates help me figure out how to design creative aspects while using a drag-and-drop builder. A few years ago it was a good compromise between potential and ease of use, but over time it has been enriched with functionality at the expense of reliability. I was then pleasantly surprised that they actually refunded my subscription\! Much appreciated.
