We are not using the application at all in the way we had envisioned and I am looking at other Microsoft partners that could help as well as altogether switching to other applications for contact management.

Pluspunten

I chose Dynamics 365 because we are already using Microsoft products and wanted a seamless integration to our CRM. I was drawn to the simplicity of the application and ability to customize within the application from the demo.

Minpunten

When I started working with a Microsoft partner to customize the application, I quickly became frustrated due to the number of errors and roadblocks that came with the integration and implementation process. I had evaluated our situation very carefully to ensure we had the required technical specifications and would be a good fit for our company; however, I was thrown off by the requirements that we could not face.

Cost is incredibly good, Azure integration, and a vibrant community of support. Microsoft is heading in a direction I want to go. We made the switch to this software because it had broader options in terms of:

- Strong consulting partnership
- Strong services expertise
- Overall cost
- Financial/organizational viability
- Product roadmap and future vision
- Product functionality and performance
- Breadth of services
- Strong customer focus
- Strong user community

After utilizing this software, I know it is the best fit for us, and we will not switch to anything different.

The future of this product is incredibly bright, and the cost of entry is so low that there is no reason not to give it a shot if you think it can help you. The Microsoft account management team will work with you to find the right fit for your needs and set you up for success.

I have used this software for over 7 years and have seen it grow and improve at a remarkable rate. With the introduction of Flow/Power Automate and Canvas Apps, the abilities of this business application stack are unmatched. You are truly only limited by your own imagination. Microsoft provides great account management resources that will help keep you on the cutting edge.

From a price perspective, Dynamics is very competitive. What you get out of the box cannot be touched by any competitor, namely Salesforce. You will spend a fortune to get the same utility from a Salesforce implementation. Salesforce and other competitors also do not have anything like Azure. Having all of your business applications under such an umbrella is incredibly powerful.

Using Dynamics 365 has completely transformed our billing and invoicing operations. For a small entrepreneur, managing finances is paramount, and this software has simplified everything. Its packages are designed in a way that allows customers to easily customize details like the logo without losing their personal touch, ensuring uniformity throughout the organization, including on documents such as letterheads.

Generating invoices electronically or manually, and tracking what has been paid against what is owed, has never been easier since this system handles everything. For instance, it has been crucial because we used to spend too much time going through many paper records trying to find out who owes what. Now, everything happens with just a click.

Microsoft Dynamics 365 is an extraordinary tool to use. I recommend it to all prospective users. It has great and brilliant features, is efficient, and its capabilities are impressive. This software has given us numerous new capabilities, such as:

Microsoft Dynamics 365 is an incredible tool for scheduling and creating effective workflows. It allows us to manage our staff professionally. The reliability of Microsoft Dynamics 365 is something I greatly appreciate. It has been easy to use and customize.

Minpunten

I have had less than ideal interactions with support. Mostly they are positive, but often they do not know enough about the product and ask for information I already provided in detail upon initial case submission. That being said, this product is innovating and improving so much that it is unrealistic to expect all support staff to be 100% on top of their game. They should be, but realistically, you will encounter intermediaries before reaching someone who can actually help. This isn't really a Dynamics issue, but you will need to rely on support if you go with an online installation.

Understanding all the finer points of this software is tough—it gets difficult soon after you start using it. The financial tools bundled with Dynamics 365 are crucial for management, even if we don’t fully understand them yet. However, it’s still a tough nut to crack, and setting up the software takes a lot of precious time.

Despite this, I am impressed by Microsoft Dynamics 365. It is a brilliant program with impressive reliability. It makes field management of our staff smooth and effective, and managing customer relationships is simple. Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a quality software to use, with quality features. We won't change a thing, and the promptness of the vendor's responses makes things even better.

There is no other tool as convenient for managing customers. Although setting it up takes some time, its strong advantages outweigh the inconvenience.
