Costumer support is lacking...basic level help is available but in-depth help comes at a cost, which seems ridiculous for the price you pay for the software. Training was a waist of time. No structure just someone droning on about the features. Any efficiencies I gained with the budgeting process were lost immediately during the first budget to actual comparison I ran.
