Communiceer effectiever met collega's door middel van online beschikbaarheidsstatussen om online chatten, chatfunctietools en één-op-één of één-naar-veel spraak- en videogesprekken te starten.
Office 365 biedt tools voor samenwerking en kennisuitwisseling voor zowel interne als externe doeleinden. Je kunt externe projectbelanghebbenden en klanten toegang geven tot documenten en projectspecifieke mailboxen en websites creëren voor specifieke teams, compleet met automatische beleidsregels en bescherming van rechten.
Je kunt Office 365 ook gebruiken om blogs en wiki's te creëren voor verdere kennisuitwisseling, evenals om taken toe te wijzen aan teamleden en taken te volgen op een tijdlijn. Enterprise-abonnementen voor Microsoft Office 365 bieden tools voor sociaal netwerken om de communicatie en samenwerking verder te verbeteren.

There are a lot of products in the suite that can be used for a variety of needs.
Minpunten
It's quite pricey, and sometimes the licenses for add-ons can be confusing. Also don't like the enormous amount of changes it goes through.

Indeed, Microsoft 365 has offered reliable and efficient results for our needs of creating the email templates. It is great to have integral available built-in integration with other Microsoft tools, while security measures make it a must-have for our communication. Having the possibility of keeping brand identity intact on all the templates while enabling the customization process to be very fast has boosted the efficiency of the employees.
Pluspunten
From workflow integration to business and productivity suites, using Microsoft is absolutely seamless. Real-time selves of many services and the common access to cloud-based mail templates facilitate the work of the team on the email designs. The use of design advice by artificial intelligence, as well as the brand kit feature, helps make all communications uniform and employs less time in designing.
Minpunten
The email template designer can make use of better, more modern, and even fully responsive designs. The most problematic issue with using email templates is the absence of A/B testing options that are embedded directly into email clients.

Pluspunten
I use M365 for work and also for personal use with a home based business. I love how easy and intuitive the apps are and how well the apps "speak" to one another for an integrated experience.
Minpunten
The one app I have trouble with is Power Automate. It might just be my learning curve, but the app doesn't seem nearly as intuitive as the others.
