Met de intuïtieve en eenvoudig te gebruiken software van Zoho People kun je de aanwezigheid van werknemers, vrijgenomen tijd en urenregistratie efficiënter beheren. IP-beperkingen inschakelen of installeren voor het in- en uitchecken van medewerkers. Je kunt gegevens van een biometrisch apparaat importeren in het Zoho People-systeem. Medewerkers kunnen verlof aanvragen en de tijd rechtstreeks via de mobiele app bijhouden. Ze kunnen ook tijd registreren, urenstaten creëren en ze simpelweg aan je klanten koppelen in Zoho CRM.
Aanpasbare formulieren
Om je de volledige controle te geven, geeft dit product je aanpasbare formulieren om aan je bedrijfsbehoeften te voldoen. Kies uit een reeks vooraf ontworpen formulieren of, als de behoefte zich voordoet, kun je een formulier helemaal vanaf het begin creëren met slepen en neerzetten. Geen codeerkennis vereist om zelf een formulier te ontwerpen.
Intelligente automatisering
Integreer intelligentie in het systeem met behulp van de automatiseringsfunctie. Voor HR is het voltooien van bedrijfsprocessen vaak tijdrovend door veel communicatie heen en weer tussen verschillende afdelingen. Met de automatiseringstools van Zoho People, die bestaan uit checklists, goedkeuringen, workflows en herinneringen, kun je processen naadloos voltooien.
Medewerkersportal en self-service
De software stelt je in staat het handmatig bijwerken van spreadsheets achter je te laten en in plaats daarvan al je HRIS-gegevens op één locatie bij te houden. Het werknemersportal in ZPeople is een mensenzoeker, en het self-serviceportal laat je werknemers zowel ideeën en informatie als hun mogelijkheden en prestaties delen en in realtime samenwerken met hun team. Managers en medewerkers kunnen hun gegevens zelf verwerken via self-service. Dit verhoogt de nauwkeurigheid van gegevens, vermindert administratieve rompslomp en beperkt het saaie papierwerk voor jou.

Pluspunten
Zoho People is the complete package for performance management, attendance, leave tracking systems, and generating reports for each and every feature available in the organization.1. You can track and check whether your leave balance is correct.2. You can easily fill forms for reimbursements like internet and attach the proof as well.3. It shows you complete details of your organization and the team members in it. With the help of an organizational tree, you can find the details of the person you are looking for.4. There is a separate feature for announcements. You can easily make announcements throughout the organizations.5. Performance can easily be measured by Zoho. We can set goals, show progress, do self-appraisals and finally get the review from our seniors. It can be really helpful in bridging the gap between expected performance and the actual performance.
Minpunten
The only con that I find in this software is that sometimes when you click on check-out, you are still logged in (Maybe because of a technical glitch) and then you have to send your attendance for regularization.Rest everything is good.

Not much really, I thought that the product didn't really offer much in the way of capturing the data that I needed.
Minpunten
It wasn't easy to query the information that was needed and pulling reports was very difficult.

Easy to keep track of employees daily working hour record. Very user friendly to create online forums. Even yearly leaves and holidays can be tracked very easily. It saves lots of valuable time for feeling time sheets in a spreadsheets. All these features are done here dynamically.

Zoho people mobile app can be enhanced similar to zoho people web page version. In mobile app still I struggle to find the user details including user's document, marksheets and certificates. Even won't be able to upload documents(Ids like driving licence, office id..etc )in it.
