A reliable and scalable solution for growing businesses. ----- ### "Zoho People HR is World Class" — 4.0/5 > **Akinwunmi** | *6 juni 2026* | Marketing en reclame | Aanbevelingsscore: 8.0/10 > > **Pluspunten**: It perfectly aligns with the reason why we wanted the software. Staff Attendance/Late comers but what stands out for me is the geo fencing capabilities and extracting staff information for data report to Senior Management team > > **Minpunten**: Basic user-friendly modules, staff who are not familiar with HR software might struggle a bit in using it > > It has made my life easy as an HR person, considering time attendance used to be manually done. Time Attendance with geo fencing capabilities and now they have even introduced ai into the app, that really makes things easier. Leave management is also top notch, nothing like having to manually keep record of staff leave in the past and present. Not flly explored the staff performance module, well we are getting there gradually. Reliability, price and affordability is why we chose zoho and no regrets on that,oh i forgot to mention the customer service is also top notch. They respond alsmot immediately to questions and enquiries ----- ### "As usual with ZoHo - A good idea that's not working out" — 3.0/5 > **Geverifieerde reviewer** | *8 september 2018* | Detailhandel | Aanbevelingsscore: 2.0/10 > > **Pluspunten**: There's a lot of conceptual things to like about zoho people - as with most Zoho products out there (And believe me.. I have tried just about all of them) There are a lot of great ideas.. Zoho promises the ability to track time, integrate with Zoho projects, track and measure performance, create employee profiles and in short manage every aspect of your employees. As i'll describe below - these things don't actually pan out the way they should. Since I have to pick one thing I like most about this software (That isn't theoretical) I would say it's ability to (almost) easily integrate with other zoho platforms - notably the various messaging systems > > **Minpunten**: Zoho People is like every other Zoho software I have ever used - Too good to be true. What makes most of the zoho software so attractive seems to stem from two things... 1. The price is always fantastic 2. The marketing team is clearly miles ahead of the development team (in other words, it looks better than it is) With specific regard to Zoho people.. to start with, you definitely feel like you need to be a developer to set it up. They have pretty extensive support documentation but it's often out of date - and at least a half dozen times I went to the documentation and found it was missing the specific problem/issue or feature I was trying to figure out. Zoho people uses a lot of labels for things that aren't adequately explained which oftens leaves the user thinking that they are doing one thing.. only to find out they aren't. An easy example is that you can have employees, or users - and sometimes employees are users, but not always.. I wish I could tell you more about it but honestly I have no idea what it means. If you manage to get any pieces of this software set up, you will find that the functionality is more limited than planned. It doesn't integrate well with things like projects and it always seems to be lacking that ONE feature you really needed.. (for me, it was project task time tracking) > > (I ran out of room in the "What did i like least) section.. so I'll continue here) The many many times I contacted support they were very slow to respond, unhelpful, and more than a little condescending... Many times I wound up skipping customer support and contacting the sales representative who was trying to get me to use the software (he was financially motivated to help me) Overall - Zoho People is an unrefined, difficult to use and poorly supported piece of software. I wish it weren't so\! But.. alas... ----- ### "Efficient and User-Friendly HR Management Software" — 5.0/5 > **Vanitha** | *15 juli 2026* | Industriële automatisering | Aanbevelingsscore: 10.0/10 > > **Pluspunten**: What I liked most about Zoho People is its user-friendly interface and the way it simplifies daily HR tasks. It makes attendance tracking, leave management, employee records, and onboarding easy to manage in one place. The automation features reduce manual work, and the reports help monitor employee data efficiently. I also liked that it can be integrated with Zoho Payroll, which makes payroll processing more accurate and efficient. > > **Minpunten**: One thing I liked least about Zoho People is that some configurations, such as attendance policies, leave settings, and workflow customizations, can be a bit complex and sometimes require support from the Zoho team. Occasionally, changes take time to reflect, and troubleshooting certain issues can take longer than expected. However, overall, it is a reliable HR management system. > > My overall experience with Zoho People has been very positive. I have used it to manage employee onboarding, attendance, leave management, employee records, shift scheduling, and regularization requests. The platform is easy to use and helps automate many HR processes, reducing manual work and improving accuracy. I have also worked with Zoho support to configure policies and resolve technical issues when needed. Overall, Zoho People has been an effective tool for managing day-to-day HR operations efficiently. ----- ### "Very Happy" — 5.0/5 > **Geverifieerde reviewer** | *2 april 2026* | Research | Aanbevelingsscore: 8.0/10 > > **Pluspunten**: It is designed to be easy to use, providing a user-friendly experience, while also being flexible enough to be managed efficiently from the administrator's point of view, ensuring smooth operations and ease of oversight. > > **Minpunten**: Forms need more options to include additional fields, similar to how Google Forms allows users to customize and add a variety of question types and data fields. ----- Pagina: 1 / 16\ Volgende: [Volgende pagina](https://www.getapp.be/software/90634/zoho-people?page=2) ## Links - [Bekijk op GetApp](https://www.getapp.be/software/90634/zoho-people) ## Deze pagina is beschikbaar in de volgende talen | Locatie | URL | | de | | | de-AT | | | en | | | en-AE | | | en-AU | | | en-CA | | | en-GB | | | en-IE | | | en-NZ | | | en-SG | | | en-ZA | | | es | | | es-CL | | | es-CO | | | es-MX | | | fr | | | fr-BE | | | fr-CA | | | nl | | | nl-BE | | | pt | | | pt-PT | | ----- ## Gestructureerde gegevens
