Contacts are easy to store, organize, and segment, which makes it simple to reach the right audience for short-lived campaigns, seasonal messages, one-off updates, or focused communications. Campaign creation is also straightforward enough that non-technical users can build and send clean emails without IT standing nearby with a wrench and a flashlight.
