They way it is set up for callbacks and an additional Event option on the calendar page gives me flexibility when scheduling appointment callbacks which is different than a phone call callback.

> **Minpunten**: After the call disconnects and after it is disposition if I need to add in additional notes then that process is slow.

> Vanillasoft is easy to use, the dialer moves quickly, the calendar is set up well, and inputting data is simple.
