> I have always had a pleasant experience with FixMe.IT.  It is easy to use and not very expensive for the features I get.  Customer service always responds quickly and has always been very helpful.
I like to have this software so I can see what my client sees and fix their issues without having to physically go to their office.  I also like being able to log on to client's computers after they leave so it doesn't interrupt their work day.
