Neuro integrates with multiple tools is fast to create reports, and there's a huge variety of charts which is ever growing. For us it has become a one-stop-shop for daily reporting, testing insights and defect management. Neuro has been able to remove much of the reporting overhead for us and provides instant graphical representation of statistics and figures for testing and development - exportable in a handy PDF format

UI seems intimidating to start with, it takes some time getting used to but the user manual aids with getting to grips with it.

Neuro streamlined our analytics and reporting

Pluspunten
Neuro has enabled us to connect to our different Jira and Zephyr instances and consolidate our reporting in one space. This has streamlined and automated the reporting process which has enabled my test managers to reduce the time they spend on manual reporting and focus on value-add tasks. As a Head of Testing myself, it has made my life easier by aggregating cross-project/cross-tool metrics and KPIs into a single dashboard which saves me having to look at reports on a per project basis and multiple reports each day. The data is at my fingertips in realtime.

A Brilliant Data Machine

Neuro is very customizable and gives us the flexibility to view critical data all in one place and in the preferred order. The options to view the data in its source just with a click and the ways to configure and download the data for further analysis makes neuro a very efficient tool. The inbuilt options to view the data in different dynamics enhances neuro's ability to cater to multiple teams and multiple needs resulting in achieving quality insights and assists in forming the next steps.[sensitive content hidden] and team do a great job in taking in any feedback and address it swiftly.

Understanding Team Performance

Pluspunten
What I like the most about Neuro is the ability to dig into the details of team performance from multiple sources. We are looking for ways to continually increase team performance and velocity. Pulling data from different sources gives us the ability to build insightful leader boards to understand the competitive dynamics within the teams.

Navigation of the product could be a bit better. But, this is a typical cost when trying to give as much flexibility as the product tries to do.
