The booking system is intuitive to use, and the booking page gives a great overview of the schedule and the available resources to both administrators, instructors and our students. Another great feature is the requirements and warnings that can be created for aircraft and for instructors. Being able to track the time until next service and duty time limitations is very important. Give excellent guidance, have a no-nonsense attitude (one of the reasons why the Danish and Dutch go pretty well together). Implementation went quickly. Very good instruction material. The best thing is that you hardly need this because sofware is intuitive. Last but not least FL has a "support" mailaddress which does an amazing job, reverting typically in a day.
