> **Pluspunten**: This solved a major issue with using Microsoft Identity.  The native Identity migrations don't matchup with the MySQL data types.  dotConnect for MySQL made it painless to setup and get working.  I had previously tried to use the native MySQL connectors for .NET and wasted countless hours trying to get things to match up.  This solved my problem in short order.

> **Pluspunten**: Support has been outstanding.  The tool itself is reliable and without bugs.  This company provides a range of complimentary tools to streamline database development.  Its integration into the Visual Studio IDE is a must for us and it's seamless.

> **Minpunten**: We often get a warning that its not licensed correctly when installing on a customers site.  We have a quick and nasty work around which is installing our DotConnect installation on the site and that fixes it right up.  I completely understand the need for licensing selling software ourselves, but I find this product a little finicky at times.  Mostly, it goes off without a hitch.

> It's my our stop shop.  It does what it does, and it does it extremally well.
