It stores the information requests from parents, teachers, and administrators so they are right in front of us as we are making the decisions. It flags conflicts and helps us resolve them. When we had issues or needs the customer support was excellent. They were timely and responsive. They helped us understand how to use the program better, and even uploaded files we needed to avoid lots of human error.
