> **Pluspunten**: The greatest benefit to our organization is that ParishSOFT Giving integrates to our Family Record Keeping System.  This allows statements of giving to include both online giving and gifts of cash or checks on end of year tax statements.

> **Minpunten**: The most challenging aspect of this software is the creation  of custom forms.  However, the staff has been excellent in providing the technical support to help me create all forms that I have needed.

> ParishSOFT Giving has been a welcome solution that has been easy to establish and maintain.  The documentation including video tutorials have been extremely helpful.  The technical support staff has always been available to explain how to do something or to help fix something that is not working as expected.
