Rewarding to know the message was received > > **Minpunten**: Building groups from a mobile device can be clunky at times. Cutting and pasting is effective and yet annoying > > Once the group(s) were built, it's simple, straightforward to use. Return on investment is critical ----- ### "Human Resource User" — 5.0/5 > **Tonya** | *25 februari 2026* | Human Resources | Aanbevelingsscore: 8.0/10 > > **Pluspunten**: Easy to use and works great for my use. I do not have the typical sales roll that I believe this platform is typically used rather I am in Human Resources and use it as a recruiting tool as well as for communication to employees. > > **Minpunten**: Nothing from EZ Texting but wish they were integrated with BambooHR to make it easier to load and off load employees. > > I use this on a daily basis to either send text messages to our employees, or to recruit new employees ----- ### "Little to no tech support" — 3.0/5 > **Cindi** | *14 juli 2025* | Vastgoed | Aanbevelingsscore: 2.0/10 > > **Pluspunten**: EZ Texting is easy to use. Being able to add links and images is perfect. When texts are not "under review", they go out promptly. > > **Minpunten**: Messages are often "under review" with little to no support for getting the text reviewed. This has caused a delay in getting critical information out to our members. > > I will probably change to another texting service after our annual commitment. The lack of tech support is the only reason. The product otherwise is great\! ----- ### "Reliable, Easy-to-Use Text Marketing Platform That Delivers Results" — 5.0/5 > **Bob** | *25 februari 2026* | Vastgoed | Aanbevelingsscore: 5.0/10 > > **Pluspunten**: We’ve had a very positive experience using EZ Texting for business communication and marketing.
