Overall Quickbooks online covers most of my clients needs and still remains as one of the competing accounting software for small business owners. The big stand out compared to its competition is the amount of integrations available via their app market. My clients use different software unique to their industry, Quickbooks makes this seamless by offering an integration for most if not all. > > **Minpunten**: Support is the weak spot. The biggest challenge is when something goes wrong it can be difficult to get good help. Often I'm using forums and searching for solutions to the issue online. They are not as frequent but when they do happen, it can be troublesome. > > I run my firm on it and put most new clients on it. You can not ever get help until you upgrade the upgrade that you have already upgraded. Not one time can you have an interaction that it doesn't cost more money and you need to upgrade. Every call they have to sell you something more. My time is valuable and they take it up, refusing to help until they sell you some kind of upgrade. Literally, I got off the phone having to pay for an upgrade so I could receive a call to get my minor issue resolved. The call I received to fix the issue (which only took a couple minutes) they then tried to sell me another upgrade\!\!\!\! > > Sucks\!
