> **Pluspunten**: product is ok but worked out at $500 a test and then they keep invoicing regardless that we decided to not use as many cheaper and more user friendly options on the market.  Then they bill you in full and final and add GST months later and threaten to take action if you do not pay the revised bill.  Just a shoddy operation and not what it was when I used in the UK.  Avoid it.

The functionality to profile essential role requirements ensure candidates  characteristics are assessed against essential skills required for the role.

> **Minpunten**: I can't think of anything I don't like about Thomas Assess.  If I had to say something, I think regular webinars on use of Thomas Assess would be useful.  I do not know if I'm using the system to its full potential and I'm sure I could be doing more.  It would also be a good refresher.

> Excellent experience, always someone on hand to help and answer questions.  The system has never malfunctioned and I have never experienced a loss of service or issues related to bugs in the system.  
The service received has been top notch.
