I see i'm supposed to mention bugs and issues above. So far? I say that again, I did not purchase a product to only be left learning with minimal support. They check in, they provide work arounds and yes, I have witnessed them submitting bug fixes on my behalf. The power of this software is meeting and succeeding my expectations. Do not join the freeware crowd, your infrastructure can make or break you in time. I want to enjoy running my business, not dealing with poor performing software.
