We then started using it for customer satisfactions surveys and it's generating a constant stream of customer feedback since then.

> **Minpunten**: I would've wanted to just copy paste a well done questionnaire (.doc, .xls or even a Google Doc link and Refiner to leverage AI to generate a draft. Copy pasting question, explanation text, etc is cumbersome&#10;&#10;Translating one text at a time is also the worst at the moment.&#10;&#10;Generally speaking: lack: 1. flexibility in regards of matrixes 2. lacks numeric fields 3. doesn't connect to slack.&#10;&#10;Editing questionnaire could be easier:. I worked on a long one 50+ question and there's no way to search for a specific question, no question number i.e. Q1, Q2.&#10;&#10;UX wise: it's not evident that question can be dragged and dropped. Revealing one should close the other (or be a customisable setting). Accessibility in editing, preview and/or deliverable could be improve
