Their customer support is responsive and helpful, and the platform makes project collaboration super easy being possible to easily assign task and projects and automate certain steps on the workflow. Document management and payment processing are easy to handle, the possibility of sending proposals and engagelment letters with great flexibility made us cancel our ignition subscription which was no longer needed. The templates took us a while to set up but now they save us a lot of time. Data import and custom forms also work but could be improved.

What I love most is how easy it is to set up and use. The recurring workflows save me hours every month, and the dashboard makes it simple to see exactly what needs to get done. I also appreciate how client information, documents, and notes are stored in one place, which cuts down on back-and-forth and keeps my team on the same page.

The support team is excellent, too. They’re quick to respond and genuinely listen to feedback, constantly improving the platform. It feels like the software was designed specifically for bookkeepers and accountants, which makes a big difference compared to generic project management tools.

Since moving to Financial Cents, I feel more organized, confident, and less stressed about deadlines. It’s truly helped me scale my firm and free up mental space to focus on serving clients and growing the business.
