> **Minpunten**: Nos gustaría poder tener una lista de IPs en las estadísticas (así como la de dispositivos) y así poder consultar si hay múltiples usuarios usando la misma IP o dispositivo.

Además de un poco más de profundidad en las estadísticas.

> **Minpunten**: - Change in Account Manager and some very rude Account Managers: We had about 4 account manager changes due to frequent layoffs on the team, and at certain points the same account managers had not had proper hand offs so we had times where we were left on hold while a critical bug on the MetaMap side didn't allow our users to complete their register. They told us there would be a compensation, and 6 months later, nothing.
- Technical Bug: The platform has had many bugs especially in the last few months, and some additional bugs made us have to change our whole flow for a few months

> We have now changed to another software provider that has more coverage and reliability.
