Security is great so no one can get into files that are not authorized to do so. Ideally, if it would function more like Outlook or SharePoint, where you can move multiple files at once it would make digital filing with ECP much easier. > > ECP is a great platform\! Overall, I would rate it a 4.5 out of 5. With a little fine-tuning, it would easily be a 5. The main areas for improvement are the small print within tenant files, the challenges with controlled count parameters during staffing shortages, and the filing process, which can feel like a chore.
