Updates don't feed through to signatures and it is fussy and difficult to use for this reason. You need to check each individual change has applied before moving on to the next, still looking to make sure previous updates haven't disappeared in the process. The fact that how the signature looks in the editor doesn't necessarily relate to how it appears in your Outlook signature (for example in terms of indent, font size, bold etc). > > Frustrating. It has the potential to be such a good tool if the technical difficulties I have outlined are dealt with. Raising a support call requesting assistance is a painful process with limited response. I have managed to find a work around in most cases, after spending a lot of time, but it still doesn't operate in the way I would like it to. Once you understand how it allocates each signature its so simple. You need to ensure your 365 data on your employees is all filled in correctly, but once this is done the whole segmentation is great.
