We use it for a lot of Project Management. The support staff is very knowledgeable and quick to help as well which is invaluable.

> **Minpunten**: The interface could be more intuitive. To the average user it feels a bit "techie" with a learning of the terminology used in the Workstation as well as getting used to the look and feel. However, this doesn't take long to get past.

> My overall experience is very positive. Regardless of the interface being something for users to get used to they ultimately really like what it provides. Again, the staff is a great help when you have questions and/or need to add new things which may be complex in nature.

Gebruikers hebben de mogelijkheid om de documenten in platte tekst of in origineel gegevensformaat te bekijken.\n\nOptix ondersteunt het uploaden en indexeren van bulkgegevens met behulp van geëxtraheerde metagegevens of door de klant aangeleverde constanten, zoals bestands- en mapnamen. Documenten kunnen ook worden vastgelegd via faxverzendingen en e-mail. Elke workflow kan worden geconfigureerd op basis van de specifieke eisen van klanten en onderweg worden aangepast. Met de modulaire opbouw van de tools voor het vastleggen en indexeren van e-mail van Optix hebben de organisaties de mogelijkheid om alleen de functionaliteit te gebruiken die ze nodig hebben, of het nu gaat om het scheiden van e-mails in componenten, het routeren van deze componenten naar specifieke wachtrijen of het archiveren ervan in opslagplaatsen.\n\nRapportontwerp, indexering en distributie wordt ook ondersteund via een apart onderdeel van het systeem genaamd Optix COLD.
