The software is user friendly. There are things about it that I'm not crazy about, like having no choice but to use Pay Pro's to integrate the credit cards. We have never been able to use the 'integrated' cash drawer like we're supposed to be able to - it doesn't work properly and we're forced to use a key to open the cash drawer (ugh).
