I find it to be a tremendous time saver in that I no longer have to ask people to submit their scrum reports ahead of time or take notes during our calls. Instead I know the status of each action item and can dive deep into it.

> **Minpunten**: We now have a new tool offered by our organization. I tried to cancel my subscription, but we have to contact support to do so. I contacted support 3 times and had no answers in weeks. The subscription renewal date has come and I was billed for a complete year. I will have to contact my financial institution to resquest a refund... and the problem may show up again next year.
