> **Pluspunten**: The checklist and document creation features are set up to handle a practice such as ours where we get a lot of potential client calls. Document creation is smooth once it is set up. The intakes work well and the dynamic fields in the intakes keep improving. The ability to SMS from Neos is a real plus, but I was not satisfied with having to subscribe to Ring Central to fully use SMS.

> **Minpunten**: Neos is best used for non-litigated case files. It does not have a case calendaring system for any jurisdiction's rules. It schedules items on the weekends when we are closed and I must go back to check for any items set for the weekend to move them to a work day.

I like how it covers everything from document management and collection, contacts, time entries and more to create a lot of in sync harmony for my cases. I also love that I can directly tag emails into the platform so my emails can integrate easily.

> **Minpunten**: Because Neos is so inclusive, it took a little while to navigate. Some of the tabs/features we don't necessarily use in our practice and it can be overwhelming having so many options/tags. I think there are ways to personalize your experience but there are so many features I haven't quite had a session on just style personalization.

> **Pluspunten**: I love how easy Assembly Neos is to use. I had no prior experience working for a law firm, yet I found it simple to learn and get the hang of things. Everything I can think of is organized, and the ability to create custom tabs for your law firm is really helpful. The integrations with QuickBooks and Case Status really put everything at my fingertips.

> **Minpunten**: I definitely think there can be some areas of improvement. Sometimes we have issues with the merging on the email app with tagging, but not much.

> I use Assembly Neos for legal case management, helping me resolve organization issues and enhance client communication. I love its ease of use and customization features. Some improvements could be made with email app merging, but overall, it's beneficial, integrating well with QuickBooks and Case Status.
