> **Pluspunten**: I love how all of the features are really straight forward and user friendly. It has simplified our registration process and has made class sign ups a breeze for our customers. I additionally love the attendance tracker and profile picture feature.

> **Minpunten**: Creating pricing schedules for camps and clinics can be challenging. The email blast options could use some work. As emails are commonly used, that feature could use its own tab or section on the staff portal.

> As a new user, I have enjoyed the integration and change over, as it has simplified my job. I also love the app options for mobile devices to make tracking attendance easier.

Printing usable reports on the back side with the ability for customers to view live enrollments/availability on our website is invaluable\!  THANK YOU ICLASS\!

> **Minpunten**: 1/. I will be looking into the iClass payroll system THIS month\!  Although WE just revamped our process... I am interested in learning HOW the iClass structure aligns with current staff schedules, the ability to ADD extra team practices \& staff meetings for hourly employees\!

2/. I am interested in a "document upload portal," to the family account\!  SPECIFICALLY a secure place for doctor's documents/parent notes/emails/ etc. that can be accessed by staff \& leadership securely (EX:  Doctor's activity restriction/clearance \& important parents emails/text message screenshots)\!

3/. Sending MASS EMAILS from an iPhone seems to be a very hard process in iClass... specifically using the font updates \& document attachment options\!  Will you help?
