> Support has been really good.  But they suggested and did a firmware and software upgrade.  I had to remove the client from all my servers and reinstall it.  Then the backups didn't run for several days.  Have to work with support to get everything working again correctly.

> Overall, the product has been reliable.  The one concern I have is, as we grow larger, will this product still fit our needs.
