Over Tempo Timesheets
Tempo Timesheets is software voor urenregistratie in Jira waarmee teams de tijd online kunnen bijhouden en betrouwbare gegevens kunnen verzamelen voor rapportage, facturering, boekhouding en meer. Met de mobiele Tempo Cloud-app hebben gebruikers de flexibiliteit om de tijd onderweg bij te houden via iOS- en Android-smartphoneapparaten.
Tempo Timesheets stelt gebruikers in staat om snel de tijd in te loggen door problemen in de 'Mijn werk'-agenda te slepen en neerzetten. Gebruikers kunnen ook tijdtrackers instellen om de tijd automatisch bij te houden terwijl ze in Jira werken. Deze tijd wordt vervolgens omgezet in een werklog.
Met Tempo Timesheets kunnen gebruikers gedetailleerde rapporten genereren en inzoomen op hun gegevens om waardevol inzicht te krijgen in geregistreerde problemen, projecten, teams, gebruikers, accounts en meer. Gebruikers kunnen hun rapporten opslaan of exporteren in meerdere indelingen zoals xls, csv of pdf.
Met Tempo Timesheets kunnen managers de teamroosters individueel of in bulk bekijken en goedkeuren. Het platform onderhoudt ook nauwkeurige goedkeuringslogboeken voor bedrijfstransparantie en traceerbaarheid.
Tempo Timesheets ondersteunt Slack- en QuickBooks-integratie, zodat gebruikers werk kunnen registreren en roosters rechtstreeks vanuit Slack kunnen indienen, evenals salarisadministratie kunnen uitvoeren en factureerbare uren kunnen vinden met QuickBooks. Gebruikers kunnen integreren met hun andere tools met behulp van de Tempo API.

Is a fantastic way to get things organized. Even log our work, control teams, reporting, budgeting. Vert fast and very Jira
Minpunten
I think for the price there are another cheap options, maybe for small teams might be cheaper until they grow.

Pluspunten
I like that it is easy to add time from JIRA and I don't need to go to a separate application.
Minpunten
I wish there was an easier way to get the information from Tempo to accounting software (i.e. Quickbooks Online) currently I have to copy the information over line by line when invoicing.

Pluspunten
It tracks time by issue and outputs the data into reports that are mostly usable.
Minpunten
It’s slow. Despite me always selecting things like grid view, etc., it often reverts back to other views I don’t use. Timesheets always default to displaying the entire current month - even when it’s the first day of the month.

Great tool in an agile world

We've merged two different companies in the last year, with different (and complex) time reporting...
We've merged two different companies in the last year, with different (and complex) time reporting solutions.
Our biggest problems is the company structure we have. It doesn't fully align with Jira's thought of how a project is defined, where in Jira a project is tracking the life cycle of a product and in ERP a project is what a project manger traditionally would define as a project.
Tempo as a tool on it's own is really easy and intuitive to both administer and use. For a simpler (more modern) company structure it would have been a much easier implementation.
Pluspunten
The ease of use for end users, it's very easy to on board new users to have their time reported.
Minpunten
Our management would like to have a bit more configuration when it comes to the reports, especially utilization to not only take logged time into account, but also include expected time.
Lacking approval on account basis rather than just full timesheet.
