The user could specify whether they would like to receive a text message or an email reminder. I know there is a Recurring feature built into the software, but the amount that I give weekly changes based on the amount of income I received that week, so that option wouldn't work for me. When I blindly signed the contract, they refused to provide any form of implementation support. Just referring me to some crazy university. If I have to spend hours learning to use software, then what am I doing paying hundreds of dollars monthly? I asked for the cancellation of the contract as it does seem a good fit for me. And they bluntly refused. I am still considering taking legal action. They are a bunch of crooks.
