That said, BAM\! does update versions \& functions regularly. > > This was a very good business decision. A bit of a leap of faith, since sales enablement isn't the household name that other 3 letter words are (think: CRM, ERP, etc). But everything it said it would do, it did. I used to spend WAY too much time making sure the sales staff and dealer reps have the latest versions of product catalogs, sell sheets, sales playbooks, etc. but I would still inevitably find out people were sharing dated and inaccurate content with customers or training against an old standard and then when the finger-pointing commenced it was ultimately on me. The setup on the back end is fairly straight forward with simplicity as well as a few more advanced features to get more technical with information available. A feature I am super excited to utilize is the User Generated Content; I look forward to creating incentives with my dealers and use some user generated content in my future marketing.
