> **Pluspunten**: Ease of use. Like anything, it takes a little to get used to, but once you are familiar with app, very user friendly. You are able to go to desktop version and edit or add/deduct different options to tailor to your needs.  I love to be able to take photos and mark them up to better show issues.

> **Minpunten**: Not so much an active issue, but early on program had a lot of bugs that needed to be worked out. There was several times where we had to get support due to app freezing and shutting down while in use, but those have since been addressed and program is great.

In addition, I've noticed that when you are setting up a new task the previous settings or sections (like categories) remain selected. I would prefer if they would be reset every time you are in the process of setting up a new task.
