The reporting is not as good as what is expected. There is too much customization needed and certain reports are lacking (accrual report). Fraxion costs us a lot of money due to the need of integration partners.

Users liked the ease of creating requisitions and being able to see where the requisition was in the approval process.  Email notifications were very helpful.  Once approved, purchase orders were easy to share.
