With proper documentations from occupants and management, it will be easy to know who owns what. Notifications are easy by receiving emails or text when info goes out. You can address bugs \& issues by contacting support and response time is immediate and edit where necessary by customizing fields which updates instantly. Of course there is always improvements to be made. I love that emails are sent for any updates. I would say that owning this app by the community is worth the money.
