I love it that the staff at GoReminders is so responsive to questions, kind, always makes themselves available and come up with good solutions when needed. I never felt alone in trying to learn this program (which again is quite self explanatory on many levels).

> **Minpunten**: The only thing I wished is that I could send one reminder two two people, like a couple who will consult with me together, and that both their phone numbers and e-mails could be entered in that one reminder.

I worked with it in the trial time of 14 days and after getting so much help (by e-mail and by Zoom)with issues I did not understand or could not resolve, I decided to get a subscription (within 5 days).  One staff member did a Zoom meeting with me, \[sensitive content hidden\], and she installed a short cut for me on my Mac computer through Google Chrome since the drop down menu on Safari did not work.  So now it all works very well\!
