Over Thryv
Thryv is de alles-in-één beheersoftware die is ontworpen voor kleine bedrijven. Thryv werkt op mobiele iOS- en Android-apparaten, zodat ondernemers 24/7 onderweg toegang hebben tot en inzicht in Thryv.
Thryv begint met contact- en klantenbeheer via de ingebouwde, volledig functionele CRM. Bedrijven kunnen hun database met contactpersonen beheren, leads bereiken en ontwikkelen via geplande communicatie en inzicht verkrijgen in klanten door middel van verrijkte gegevensanalyse. Bedrijven kunnen vervolgens communiceren met contactpersonen en klanten via sms en e-mail, allemaal vanaf één dashboard. Ondernemers kunnen automatische herinneringen inplannen om te reageren op berichten van klanten of vooraf afspraken- en betalingsherinneringen voor klanten activeren.
Bedrijven gebruiken Thryv ook om online aanwezig te zijn, met consistente bedrijfsadvertenties op meer dan 60 vertrouwde sites en een aangepaste webportal voor het bereiken van nieuwe en huidige klanten. Thryv omvat reputatiebeheer, zodat bedrijfseigenaren ook hun online beoordelingen en reviews kunnen volgen en snel op feedback kunnen reageren.
Thryv regelt online afspraakplanning en boekingsbeheer voor persoonlijke afspraken, groepslessen en andere grootschalige evenementen. Het omvat agendasynchronisatie, zodat ondernemers inzicht krijgen in de werkroosters van hun personeel. Plan automatische herinneringen van tevoren om het aantal no-shows te verminderen. Bied klanten de mogelijkheid je te betalen bij het boeken, van tevoren, volgens een betalingsregeling of in termijnen, op het moment van afspraak of later, en dit alles vanuit Thryv. Thryv integreert met Braintree van PayPal om creditcardverwerking en het mobiel scannen van kaarten aan te bieden tegen concurrerende tarieven zonder verrassingen.

User friendly and customer support. I use it for estimates, invoices, payments with Braintree and it's calendar is fantastic- automated text messages to my clients in the mornings is really cool.
Minpunten
I thought the price was high but after I've seen the ROI, it's the best investment I've ever made.

My overall experience with Thryv has been great we just got a new account rep and he is wonderful however the gentleman who sold us the software was very good as well we like them both.
Pluspunten
The ease inability to get contracts signed and hold the date fees paid without using US mail. Being able to share the calendar with colleagues. And the communication between us in the client is one thread of messaging which makes it easy to not lose information.
Minpunten
It would be good to be able to send information from a portal to multiple parties. In our instance often times were talking to a bride and the groom or the bride and her parents who typically pay for the wedding event and services. Right now I have to set up two separate accounts.

simplicity of the software makes it easy for new employees to learn.
Minpunten
many hiccups, or features not working properly, many error messages and when screenshot are sent to the Thryv support they then request video recordings, because they can't figure out how to fix it. also it would be nice to be able to move line items up and down on estimates and invoices. Thryv support is not very organized and too many people reach out to attempt to fix things and not having nay information available to them, so things have to be repeated multiple times. Can get very frustrating. An additional feature for project management would also be very helpful for construction. Being able to track P&L would be nice.

Thryv really packed a punch. It's a CRM, where you can collect payments, message clients, create coupons, and post to social media. Both the online platform and the mobile app were really easy to use.
Minpunten
I WISH it had newsletter capability AND task creation. I LOVE Hubspot's and Salesforce's task lists. If Thryv had that and the ability to make a newsletter, you'd really need nothing else.

Overall I am extremely happy with the Thryv software platform. It is, along with Outlook, the first application I go to in the morning. I walk my dog, make my coffee, turn on my computer, and then open Outlook and Thryv to start each day.
Pluspunten
The simplicity of the Thryve software makes this a no-brainer. The features and functionality have allowed me to eliminate many other tools. The integrations keep everything humming along without "broken" and complicated connections between varying tools from multiple vendors.
Minpunten
The email marketing email automation is basic, I would improve the functionality and usability of the automated campaign features. Ideally, I'd like to see a visual representation (process flow) of an email campaign with logic steps (think Keap)
