De voorspellende belfunctie van de callcentertoepassing analyseert ook zowel beantwoorde als onbeantwoorde oproepen en automatiseert het proces om te beslissen of tussenkomst van een medewerker nodig is, en wijst deze automatisch toe op basis van beschikbaarheid. \n\nHet systeem kan worden aangepast met functies zoals een vooraf opgenomen bericht wanneer de beller een antwoordapparaat krijgt, en het instellen van terugbelopdrachten voor willekeurige of specifieke medewerkers. Specifieke nummers kunnen op de zwarte lijst worden gezet, zodat de voorspellende belfunctie ze volledig negeert. Tot de overige functies behoren aanpassing van nummerherkenning, interactieve spraakherkenning, beheer van doorverbinden van oproepen, campagnebeheer, opname en bewaking van oproepen en meer.
