Wat is PushPress?
PushPress is een softwareplatform voor lidmaatschap en beheer van sportscholen dat eigenaars van sportscholen helpt bij het runnen van hun fitnesscentrum. Het pakket van producten stelt gebruikers in staat om klassen en privélessen te beheren, betalingen aan te nemen, de aanwezigheid bij te houden, leads te beheren en ook ledenrelaties te beheren en te onderhouden. Gebruikers hebben onderweg via een mobiel apparaat toegang tot alle systeemfunctionaliteiten, inclusief ingebouwde gratis taakgebaseerde apps.
De PushPress-tools voor terugkerende facturering en lidmaatschapsbeheer stellen eigenaars van sportscholen in staat om verschillende soorten lidmaatschappen te verkopen, waaronder herhaalabonnementen, 1-op-1 privésessies, ponskaarten, cursussen, eenmalige abonnementen, evenementen, seminars, ongeplande deelname en meer. PushPress registreert automatisch de aanwezigheid, creditcards, rekeningen, betalingen en meer van alle leden. De systeemeigen incheck-app helpt te verifiëren dat elk lid een geldige digitale vrijwaringsverklaring heeft om te zorgen dat het bedrijf op elk moment is gedekt, en stelt klanten in staat om op elk gewenst moment digitaal te ondertekenen via smartphone, tablet of desktop.
Met de POS-productmodule (Point Of Service) kunnen organisaties producten in de sportschool verkopen via de systeemeigen tablet-app voor Android, iOS en de Amazon Fire-tablet. Gebruikers hebben de mogelijkheid om contant of per creditcard te betalen (opgeslagen of door het toevoegen van een nieuwe) of het bedrag in te voeren op een bestaande rekening om aan het einde van de maand te verrekenen. PushPress biedt ook tv-schermen waarmee iedereen de training van de dag kan zien, of wie er is ingecheckt bij de les. Schermen worden bediend met een bluetooth-afstandsbediening vanaf elke gewenste plek in de sportschool.

Like any relationship, there are going to be ups and downs, at the end of the day I'm glad to feel that PushPress is "in the fight" with us which is not something every member management software can say
Love what PushPress is doing!
Poor, slow customer service. Inconsistent platform.
Negative. Initially, we were sold on the ease of use. However, after using the software day to day (for over a year) and having issues, we quickly realized this was not the standard. Integrations are clumsy to utilize, member communication is limited and only works for short messages, and customer support is lagging. Billing is also erratic and unpredictable with members being re-charged for past purchases without explanation.
Excellent member management software for a CrossFit Gym
I have loved using Push Press! It has been one of the best improvements we have made at CF Breakthrough!

My review ratings seem really biased, but I’ve only had really good experiences with Push Press and their customer service. They are proactively solving problems before I even knew that they were problems that need to be solved. The software is convenient the athletes that I coach haven’t had any problems using it, and I couldn’t really be much more satisfied.
Minpunten
The only thing that I wish they did better was texting clients back-and-forth. It is not a vital piece of our business

They're still building certain products, so certain features haven’t had all the 'bugs' worked out yet. But don't let that fool you, these guys are quick to make updates and changes that make their product worth it!
