When we hire someone now, one workflow handles their payroll setup, app access, and equipment provisioning at the same time. That's not a small thing. For a team our size, that used to eat up a solid chunk of someone's week. The reporting is also better than I expected - I can actually pull the data I need without waiting on someone else to run it. > > **Minpunten**: The learning curve at the start is real. While workforce planning isn't so bad, everything else is absolutely horrible. We faced a lot of mistakes with payroll as well that we are still auditing, which has cost us countless hours and a lot of money to fix. Rippling was also supposed to help with IT, automation, and provisioning, but that doesn't work either. The setup wasn't easy, even though I wasn't directly involved. > > Simply the WORST tool to have existed in the HRIS or payroll world - specially if using it outside US as well.
