Julien** | *16 april 2019* | Horeca | Aanbevelingsscore: 10.0/10 > > **Pluspunten**: Really easy and very useful tool. Will recommend to all hotels > > **Minpunten**: As an Advance User, at time i find it too long to always have to ask the support to do something i know i can. > > Honestly, eZee team should left us manage our inventory like we want when having the all in one package. As a revenue Manager and Hotel's OTA Manager, i have troubles because not all access are given to me by easy and i have to go through support... Does the job well enough. Recent changes have improved the design, so that's good. > > **Minpunten**: UX is not great. The language used to describe various things can also be confusing sometimes.
