So much so that I had to switch as it was just adding more stress than it was worth. Granted this was about three years ago so I would expect some of them will have been worked through, but it was costing money and patience. > > Overall the experience was disappointing. I signed up looking for a one-stop-shop for reporting, document handling, emails, payments, and it was buggy in all of those aspects. It's a real pain to switch platforms and Spectora is buggy as well, but much less so. These is MUCH easier to read at a glance than other reports from other software companies that have a box and "x" system making you scroll back to see what the rating actually indicates. I don't ever remember receiving a call for an explanation about a finished report of an inspected property. > > **Minpunten**: Since the beginning of 2025, it is becoming harder and harder to receive assistance when needed and often times I never receive a phone call even when leaving a detailed message. I have to call the sales department to be able to leave any message.
