We were able to use Mo-Data to rework our deal stages, trim/adjust the custom fields our sales reps were "using" (inconsistently) to fields that actually made sense and were easy to use, and give us the data benchmarking we needed to be able to test changes within sales ops effectively. Instead of using broken data and our "gut" feelings and waiting a couple months to see how our changes impacted revenue, we are now able to pinpoint the impact of changes swiftly and make data-driven decisions about what to optimize next. Additionally, we were able to completely revamp the way we run our lead generation process by using clear early indicators for new lead sources, helping us understand if we want to scale them further or not. This software was basically a dream-team of sales ops that even a coordinator with very limited salesforce knowledge can report on effectively with minimal effort.
