Om gebruikers te helpen hun werklast bij te houden, biedt HoneyBook de mogelijkheid om taakherinneringen aan te maken en geautomatiseerde betalingsherinneringen te verzenden op basis van de uiterste betaaldatums voor projecten. HoneyBook biedt veilige online betaling binnen het systeem, en contracten kunnen digitaal worden ondertekend. De oplossing biedt gebruikers ook de nodige tools om reserveringen, betalingsschema's en leads automatisch te volgen. HoneyBook kan worden geïntegreerd met tools van derden zoals Calendly, QuickBooks, Zapier, Google Agenda, Gmail en meer om voor naadloze werkstromen en synchronisatie van gegevens te zorgen.

I like it because I don't have to move between several applications to do my job, it has all the necessary tools to make my job more efficient, and the closing deliveries are more organized and faster. Sending invoices is much easier for me and I manage my projects much more organized

The response time from customer service is not as effective and fast as I would like, they are good at their responses but they don't do it quickly

Overall experience has been great and I feel like the software has grown with my business. I use HoneyBook in place of many individual software and apps I used before for scheduling, payment process, client portal, contracts, intake forms and more
Pluspunten
I love that they are always updating their features and allow users to give input on the usefulness. The software is always improving.
Minpunten
There are some small things i wish where available in the smart files, such as drop down lists and check boxes.

Affordable and Backend looks nice - so that's something!
Minpunten
Client experience if poor. Integrations are awful. Layout, design and look are atrocious and check out for clients is multi step.....Who does that anymore?
We spent a week trying to get it setup and working well and efficiently....no way it was going to. And if we have to handhold it and manually do a TON of things.....why bother? MANY other options available and we've moved to one.

We do our best to create a platform that fits the needs of various different businesses and business owners but we understand that we aren't going to be perfect for everyone out there. But we love to get specific feedback on what you feel HoneyBook is missing or could improve upon so that future features and upgrades our team does can benefit many.
You mentioned integrations but if there are certain, specific integrations that you feel would be helpful, we'd love to know what those are. And where exactly in the onboarding process was it the most difficult. Let us know so we can continue to improve on our end.
