Alle projectinformatie kan op één enkele pagina worden beheerd en de voortgang van het team kan in realtime worden gevolgd. Met configureerbare tags en statussen kunnen gebruikers hun projectportfolio beheren op de manier die het beste bij hun bedrijf past. Werk kan worden gepland en ingeroosterd via de Scoro Planner, die gebruikers een overzicht geeft van individuele werklasten, beschikbare openingen, potentiële overboekingen en redelijke deadlines. Vergaderingen kunnen in een gedeelde agenda worden ingepland en gekoppeld aan klanten en projecten, waardoor deelnemers een volledig overzicht krijgen. Alle gebruikers kunnen hun eigen takenlijst beheren op basis van deadlines, taakprioriteiten, statussen en projecten. Voltooide taken en kalenderevenementen worden automatisch toegevoegd aan de werkverslagen van werknemers, waardoor er geen urenstaten meer nodig zijn.
De CRM van Scoro geeft gebruikers toegang tot volledige klantoverzichten op één pagina, inclusief contactgegevens, communicatiegeschiedenis, projecten, gekoppelde bestanden, offertes, bestellingen en facturen. Contactpersonen kunnen worden doorzocht, gefilterd en gesorteerd op basis van locaties, categorieën, activiteiten en configureerbare tags. De factureerbare en daadwerkelijk gewerkte uren per project of klant kunnen worden bijgehouden en overgedragen op facturen, met de optie voor aangepaste tarieven in meerdere valuta's. Facturen voor verkoop, vooruitbetaling en krediet kunnen worden gepubliceerd en verzonden in pdf-indeling, waarbij ook terugkerende en geplande facturering wordt ondersteund. Scoro verzendt ook automatisch betalingsherinneringen voor onbetaalde saldi. Gebruikers kunnen in het realtime dashboard KPI's bekijken en via financiële rapporten de daadwerkelijke resultaten, begrotingstekorten en overschotten volgen.

The overall experience in using Scoro is rather smooth but there some small issues in the flow of things which they should fix.
Pluspunten
Scoro covers most of what we need for project management and it's deployment won't suck up much of our time. All we need is in one single platform and so we don't have to jump back and forth using various tools. That is basically what we like most of Scoro. For example we can integrate our time tracking in one place together with our accounting function thereby giving us a overall view to see if we stay within project cost. There are a lot more possibilities and we are still exploring.
Minpunten
The disadvantage of Scoro is the cost. At the beginning cost of $26 per user it is certainly not cheap for a small and medium company. And to get most of the gist in using Scoro most companies would probably need a higher plan.

Nothing. Scoro makes working very confusing and unintuitive.

Everything. Scoro is by far the worst application I have used in twenty years of management experience. Scoro is uncredibly antiintuitive a extremely confusing for most of the team members. Even you extensively study this programm for several months, it still has a lot of hidden weird problems. The user interface is really bad and not understandable. The whole app design is complete crap.

Pluspunten
We love the fact that all staff can see all information about projects at any one time. Covering holiday time is easy because of the open nature to the information stored against the project. We no longer need numerous spreadsheets to manage projects - all can be done in Scoro.
Minpunten
Integrations can be problematic, like Xero and the double entry of some of the data that does not pull across from Scoro.

The software has completely changed our efficiency and allowed us to turn around quotes much faster. We know at just about any given time where our projects are from a cost perspective and where are margin will end up. It has been a very positive change and we could not do business without Scoro at this point.
Pluspunten
The quoting and opportunity tracking is the reason we gravitated to Scoro. It drastically improved our ability to turn around quotes and track the status of all our opportunities. Our largest sales cycle has a cyclical time period, and Scoro's API allowed us to automate the creation of opportunities without any manual intervention. The pipeline helps us visual track our sales cycle and make sure we don't miss any deadlines.
Minpunten
There are small features that are missing from the software. I would like to see some dynamic capabilities in the software and custom fields. IFTTT functionality so that forms can dynamically change based on different scenarios. There are also some small searching and sorting annoyances that could easily be fixed. I would also like to duplicate multiple items on a quote. Doing it one line at a time does not save time.
