> **Pluspunten**: It is very user friendly, and integrates leads coming from Fb with IS efficiently.  Each lead can come in with TAGs attached, and be placed into the correct lead nurtures in IS

> **Minpunten**: We outgrew the product due to receiving leads from many other sources, and found that we could not use it to integrate other applications.  However if it is just for IS and Fb, it is an extremely good tool.
