> **Minpunten**: The integration with QuickBooks was never great (but it existed) and now that integration is not longer even supported.  It's also geared towards tracking "people" as leads and Opportunities, but we track Construction Projects at Radius Track, so although we make it work in the Opportunity module with customization, it's not idea especially when it comes to reporting and KPIs. Some users find information search to be a little lackluster.  Not a huge fan of the Lead module (it duplicates existing contacts).

> It's been a good experience and gets the job done, but it's not great and "loved by all". Also Engage is difficult and buggy when it comes to formatting for our Marketing campaigns.
