The rest o the service was not great. > > **Minpunten**: VRBO integration wrecked our booking revenue from VRBO so we disconnected it and now our VRBO account has been majorly affected. (less bookings now then before we signed up for Hostaway). Horrible support. They say they have 24/7 support but even if you call duirng business hours you'll be on hold for around 30 minutes. They try and lock you into a 12 month contract. They don't call or message you back if you have a problem with the serivce. > > Very bad. The sales guy was very good but lied to us about how discounts and promotions work. The onboarding person was okay but still either lied to us or didn't know how the discounts would work across platforms. The VRBO integration wrecked our VRBO bookings. Bookings from VRBO after we integrated it with Hostaway dropped by 70%. We had to contact VRBO to disconnect the integration becaues of this problem and the account still hasn't fully recovered. The support team doesn't really know their own software.
